ACTOS:<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e3bf69b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e3bf69b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><ul>\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n \t<li>Clientes de la tercera edad: la Notaria a discrecionalidad y de considerarlo necesario podr\u00e1 requerir, certificado de Salud Mental otorgado por M\u00e9dico Neur\u00f3logo o Psiquiatra, visado por la Direcci\u00f3n Regional de Salud, en ella se deber\u00e1 acreditar que el otorgante se encuentra mentalmente sano, en pleno uso de sus facultades mentales, orientado en tiempo y espacio.<\/li>\n \t<li>Clientes que act\u00faen mediante representaci\u00f3n: Adjuntar testimonio original de la Escritura de Poder y Vigencia de Poder original con una antig\u00fcedad no mayor a 30 d\u00edas de haber sido emitida.<\/li>\n \t<li>Clientes iletrados: Deber\u00e1n estar acompa\u00f1ados de un Testigo a Ruego.<\/li>\n \t<li>Clientes extranjeros: Deber\u00e1n presentar Carn\u00e9 de extranjer\u00eda y\/o pasaporte con autorizaci\u00f3n para suscribir contratos en el Per\u00fa, adicionalmente de ser necesario y a criterio de la Notaria deber\u00e1 presentar C\u00e9dula de Identificaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds de origen e intervenci\u00f3n de testigos de identidad.<\/li>\n \t<li>Documento Nacional de Identidad vigente y con holograma de sufragio o en su defecto que el titular no cuente con multas electorales; en caso el Documento Nacional de Identidad se encuentre caduco deber\u00e1 presentar voucher de tr\u00e1mite de renovaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n \t<li>Formato virtual de minuta o solicitud y\/o acta u otros ( CD, USB o en su defecto enviar al correo\u00a0<strong>protocolares@notariaholgado.com.pe<\/strong> )<\/li>\n \t<li>Habilidad del Abogado que autoriza minuta o solicitud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7d4907c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><ol><li>Minuta autorizada por Abogado habilitado.<\/li><li>Documento de Identidad de los otorgantes.<\/li><li>Resoluci\u00f3n de Subdivisi\u00f3n extendido por la Municipalidad correspondiente.<\/li><li>Plano de ubicaci\u00f3n, Plano Perim\u00e9trico y Memoria Descriptiva autorizada por Ingeniero verificador y visado por la Municipalidad correspondiente.<\/li><li>Recibo de pago del Impuesto Predial correspondiente al periodo de transferencia debiendo adjuntar formatos PU (Predio Urbano) y HR (Hoja Resumen).<\/li><li>T\u00edtulo de propiedad o Testimonio Original.<\/li><li>Certificado Registral Inmobiliario (CRI) original, con una antig\u00fcedad de no m\u00e1s de 30 d\u00edas
